It's all about human resource. You'll need talented employees, and you need to manage them well. In this game, you achieve this through the 3 core departments in your company, namely, the Human Resource Department, the Sales Department and the Production Department.

You typically start off by working on software projects, which can bring you quick, and sometimes good, money. When your cash flow allows, invest into your Research and Development Department to develop some off-the shelf products.

How do you measure success? Set yourself a goal, and challenge yourself to achieve it in the shortest time possible!
